Meet the team

From our very first conversation, Gavin Henshaw provided clear, honest, and pragmatic advice throughout what has been one of the most difficult periods of my life. His professionalism, knowledge and calm approach gave me confidence at every stage of the process.

Gavin was always approachable, responsive and took the time to explain everything in a way that made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to understand. I always felt that he genuinely had my best interests at heart, and his support throughout my divorce was invaluable.

I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gavin Henshaw to anyone looking for an outstanding family law solicitor. Thank you again for everything you have done for me.

"I used Wilson Family Law to deal with my divorce. My solicitor, Gavin Henshaw, was excellent and made the whole process as straightforward as it could be. He explained things clearly, and always took time to talk things through and clarify anything I wasn't sure of. He was efficient and responded promptly to any correspondence. Thank you very much."

"Nathalie and Gavin were exceptional right from the initial conversation and I felt very supported. They were able to guide me through what a realistic and ‘fair’ outcome could be.

Nathalie handled my case initially and then Gavin took over when he joined the business. It was ultimately Gavin’s excellent negotiating that was able to bring my financial consent order to a satisfactory conclusion."

“The ceremony of closing of my file has been a long time coming for both of us, lol! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me over the past 10 years. I would not be where I am today without your skill, professionalism, guidance, patience and everything else in between. You really are the very best. I will also be eternally grateful to you for everything you have done for C and S, again, I do not believe the outcome would have been the same if it hadn't been for you.”

"'We've been sending clients to Wilson Family Law for well over a decade, and they has never disappointed. They really understand what their clients are going through and offer a lot of empathy and support. Plus, they have a knack for cutting through the noise and figuring out exactly what's needed. Whether it's a simple or complicated case, they always handles it with care and professionalism. I highly recommend!"

"Wilson Family Law have gone above and beyond anything one would expect from a solicitor. My personal circumstances were incredibly difficult: divorce, domestic abuse, coercion, mental health issues, finances. They had metaphorically held my hand all the way through and has always had my back.

Without their expert knowledge and advice on all the various matters pertaining to my issues, I would have been bullied into submission and dread to think of the outcomes.I don't know where my children and I would be today. They gave me the courage to continue and see things through to the end."

“I am so pleased to be able to finally put this all behind me! You have been the most amazing solicitors, you’ve encouraged me throughout but above all you have always maintained a most professional manner. I trust your judgment implicitly and I have done from the start. Thank you for everything you have done to bring an end to my divorce. You have been the greatest of support, both professionally and personally and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me”

“Thank you for all your help and support with my case and for dealing with my awful husband so well. I know my case was fairly minor in terms of everything but I am very grateful for all you have done for me”

“Thank you so much for dealing with my divorce so quickly and efficiently, this has allowed me to move on with my life, you have made my happy new future possible”

“There isn’t a word in the dictionary to express how grateful I am for everything you have done for me. Nat you have been my constant rock, you have always made time for me, no matter how busy you are. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are the best!”

“Thank you so much for being you, the most amazing person and solicitor I know! You have done so much for me in the hardest situation. I have every faith and trust in you and I have been so blessed to have you fighting my corner”

“I wanted to say an enormous heartfelt thank you for everything you have done to get me to the point of being divorced – finally! All your support and advice throughout has been so greatly appreciated. I send you my huge thanks”

"Nathalie and her team not only navigated through my highly complex and acrimonious case to a successful conclusion, they also changed the course of my daughter’s life for the better. They are highly progressional, fair, accessible and absolutely into the detail. I can wholeheartedly reccomend Wilson Family Law."
